The use of bicycles has become widespread in Mexico City, both for transportation and recreational use. There are also different events for you to enjoy the CDMX on two wheels.
1. Paseo de todos Mexico City
In these tours you can tour the CDMX at night. It is held on the last Thursday of each month at 8:30 pm. Its starting point is the Monument to the Revolution.
Each month the theme changes, so you can go in costume. Through social networks usually publish about each month’s ride.
2. Muévete en Bici Sunday Bike Ride
This event takes place every Sunday in the main streets of Mexico City, such as Paseo de la Reforma. Starts at 8:00 am and ends at 2:00 pm. In addition to bicycles, you can also go on roller skates or skateboards. In each of the events they usually have various activities such as bike school, yoga and Zone for children. Through social networks they usually publish the route of each Sunday and the points where these activities are located.
3. Cyclotón
The last Sunday of every month is the Ciclotón, which you can ride your bike, rollerblades or skateboard. It is a great event that has an extension of more than 40 kilometers. It also covers roads such as Paseo de la Reforma.
Like the Muévete en Bici, it also has simultaneous activities. Both are free of charge.
4. Night walks
