On the occasion of its 30th anniversary the Centro Nacional de Artes (Cenart) presents a new exhibition called Ánima Isolata, which has as its main element loneliness and what it means.
As you know, the Cenart is celebrating its 30th anniversary. As part of its anniversary celebrations, it has organized various activities, including a new exhibition that you can now visit.
The exhibition is made up of 16 sculptures by artist Joaquín Restrepo. You will find them at Plaza Legorreta at Cenart (📍 avenida Río Churubusco 79, Country Club Churubusco, Coyoacán).

Throughout the plaza you will find 16 pieces. Each one of the sculptures seeks to reflect that echo of inner loneliness, explained the author.
According to a press release, this installation aims to confront visitors “with the idea that loneliness is an elemental part of being. The exhibition just opened, so if you go this weekend you will be among the first to admire it.
You can visit it from October 📅3 to December 8, 2024. Remember that Cenart is open from Monday to Sunday in a 🕛 schedule from 10:00 to 22:00 hours. Admission is free.
