1. Mystika
Let’s start with a magical experience that will make you connect with your spiritual side. Mystika is made up of artistic installations by Pepe Soho; the theme is natural sanctuaries such as the monarch butterfly sanctuary. 2. Have breakfast at Buenos Diaz
Nothing like starting the week with a delicious breakfast. One place to do it is Buenos Díaz, a Porfirio Díaz themed cafeteria that will take you back in time. Here they serve Mexican dishes, sweet bread, antojitos and much more.
After your meal, you can go to the Hotel Geneve (next to the place) where you will see photos, attire, letters and even a telephone that plays the voice of the Mexican chancellor. Undoubtedly, this is a great plan for when you are looking for something to do on Monday.

3. Try Cafesaurio
If you’re looking for what to do this Monday in CDMX, but you clearly want to check out a new place, Cafesaurio is the option. It is a dinosaur-themed cafeteria. Here there are hot and cold drinks, as well as cuernitos, cookies and the iconic wafflesaurus. The best part is that you can bring out your creative side by painting a ceramic piece in the shape of a dino.

6. Wax Museum of La Villa
In the municipality of Gustavo A. Madero hides one of the best kept secrets of our city: the Museo de la Villa. It is a small enclosure where you will see figures of your favorite characters such as El Chavo del 8, Pedro Infante and Cantinflas.

7. Museums open on Mondays
Most of the museums in Mexico City are closed on Mondays; however, there are some museums that keep their doors open on this day. For example, you can visit the Museo de la Charrería, the Museo del Juguete Antiguo or the Museo de Cera.
Even the Museo del Pulque y las Pulquerías, as well as the Museo del Tequila y el Mezcal are also open on Mondays. What better than a drink to start the week off right, don’t you think?
8. Green House Café?
Green House Café is a perfect vintage place to visit on a Monday. Its decoration will give you the best vibe to start the week with the best attitude. 10. Mirador de la Latino
Mondays are a good day to visit the Torre Latinoamericana, as you probably won’t find as many people as on weekends. Take advantage of the afternoon and go up to watch the sunset. Currently the observation deck has an exhibition of dolls, so you can also take a walk and remember part of your childhood. You can buy your tickets online or directly at the ticket office.

11. Capital Bus

13. Café de Don Porfirio while enjoying the view.
Monday’s cafecito can be very special, so how about taking a walk through a coffee shop with a nice view? As an example, we have the Gran Café de la Ciudad de México ( in the Torre Latino), Café de Don Porfirio (in Bellas Artes or Monumento a la Revolución) or the Café de las Artes (in San Ángel).
You can invite someone special and have a unique date, taking advantage of the fact that it is Monday and probably there are not so many people.
