Stop everything! If you are a lover of art and photography, the news of a David LaChapelle exhibition in CDMX will blow your mind.
You read that right, the exhibition arrives with the name David LaChapelle: AMOR at the Palacio de Minería in CDMX.
Here you will find a retrospective exhibition of more than 90 large-scale works by one of the world’s most influential artists. Of all the works, 82 have never been seen in CDMX and 73 are visiting Mexico for the first time.
David LaChapelle’s exhibition in CDMX spans four decades of the artist’s career and you will be able to notice the artistic evolution he has had over time.
highlights from David LaChapelle: AMOR? The exhibition will bring Víacruxis (2023) the artist’s new series which revolves around an ancient spiritual tradition.
The exhibition has been organized by 212 Productions in collaboration with the Palacio de Minería of the Faculty of Engineering of the UNAM.

The exhibition will arrive in the city on May 11 and will be open until June 2024 at Tacuba 7, Centro Histórico.

You can visit it from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00 hours. The cost of the ticket will be $225 pesos per person in premier presale. For students, seniors and teachers the cost will be $150 pesos. Seniors over 85 years old and children under 5 years old enter free of charge.
