It’s undeniable that Mexico City knows how to organize events, whatever their nature. But in the case of Expo Reforma, this is especially true. Especially since now, the venue—known for being the capital’s most centrally located large convention center—has added “a transatlantic voyage” to its endless list of events.
Projections, recreations of spaces on the ship, hundreds of historical artifacts… an immersive tour that will be at Expo Reforma through December and joins the long list of events to check out this fall in Mexico City.

Expo Reforma
The event is called Titanic: An Immersive Voyage, and it will open its doors on October 21 at Expo Reforma. Here you can find all the details about the experience and why it’s one of the perfect weekend plans before 2026 comes to an end.
A Little Piece of History in the Heart of Mexico City
It’s not the largest exhibition center in Mexico, but Expo Reforma is certainly the most versatile in Mexico City. Owned by the city’s National Chamber of Commerce, Services, and Tourism (CANACO), it was originally built in 1990 for business and commerce but has, over time, become a home for exhibitions of all kinds. And we’re not just saying that.

In the past, its sleek façade has hosted events such as the Material Fair or major card game tournaments. An artistic program that currently coexists with corporate events like the 10th Latin American Franchise Congress or exhibitions of Asian culture and anime such as Hatsukoi or Yokai MX.
An eclectic mix that now includes an immersive journey through the secrets —and not-so-secrets—of one of the most tragic and well-known stories in maritime history: the Titanic.
Expect projections, historical artifacts, and even a virtual reality tour of the ocean floor
In *Titanic: An Immersive Voyage*, the expedition to the ocean floor is brought to life through technology. From rooms with large-format projections showcasing the ship’s luxury to authentic artifacts and a virtual journey 4 kilometers below the sea, the exhibition is designed across various immersive spaces, each offering a unique experience. The experience lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes and is suitable for all ages, making it ideal for a family outing where you can learn more than what’s on typical museum labels.
