Each of the capital’s neighborhoods has its own wonderful gastronomic and cultural legacy. In order for you to learn more about the richness that exists in each one, the seventh edition of the Fair of the Neighborhoods of the Historic Center of the CDMX arrives in October.
For five days you can enjoy the traditional crafts and emblematic cuisine of the iconic places that make the CDMX a place with cultural diversity, so make a note of the dates so you don’t miss this event.
When will be the Fair of the Neighborhoods of the Historic Center 2025?
For the seventh time, this event is back for the chilangos to get to know our own roots and prove that the capital has a long tradition.
The Fair will take place from October 15 to 18, at Plaza Manuel Tolsá (Tacuba 8, in the Historic Center of the CDMX), from 11:00 to 18:00 hours.
Undoubtedly, Mexico City would not be the same colorful capital full of tradition without its ancient neighborhoods, so here you can learn about some that originated in pre-Hispanic times and persist since then to the present day.
You will enjoy the gastronomy, a great variety of handicrafts for sale made by Chilean hands and products from different neighborhoods.
Although several characteristic neighborhoods of Mexico City will be part of the event for you to admire the most symbolic of each one, in this edition the special guest will be the Pueblo San Salvador Cuauhtenco of Milpa Alta.
The best thing is that it will be a free event, the only thing you could spend is on some of the delicious dishes or handicrafts that you find in the place, so go prepared.
