Mexican Manifesto: The Construction of Modern Art is an exhibition at Consigna Gallery. It gathers pieces such as sculptures, paintings and other works by Mexican artists.

Among the most striking are The Palmist and La Tamborilera by Leonora Carrington, which are located in the gallery’s garden. You will also see La inventora del atole, The Cat Woman and other bronze sculptures.
It is worth mentioning that this exhibition has eight rooms with unpublished pieces, author’s proofs and sketches, so get ready to see works by Orozco and Siqueiros that have never been shown before!
You’ll see Siqueiros’ View of the Bay of Puerto Marqués and Pedro Friedeberg‘s Codex Miguelito. There are also creations by Pedro Coronel, Manuel Felguérez and Mathias Goeritz.
