It’s time to promise eternal love in oriental style! Tell your partner, because there will be Japanese weddings for Valentine’s Day in Mexico City. These symbolic ceremonies will awaken romance and take you on a honeymoon to Japanese culture.
The event is called “Bazarcito Japonés” ( Little Japanese Bazaar) and is held at the Mexican-Japanese Association with the aim of bringing a little bit of Japanese tradition to our city. It will take place on February 14 and 15, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
It should be noted that, in addition to themed weddings, you will find clothing, accessories, books, art, decorative items, and many other products for sale—ideal if you want to show off with a great gift!
Bring your appetite, as there will also be Japanese cuisine. In addition, this space is home to the oldest Japanese restaurant in Mexico City: Kaikan. Here, they serve specialties faithful to traditional cuisine. If you want to surprise your date, this space steeped in history could be the perfect setting.
Cost of Japanese Valentine’s Day weddings

Admission to the Japanese Bazaar is free; however, themed weddings cost $250 without a yukata and $500 with a yukata. Remember that a yukata is a garment worn at traditional and festive events.
The ceremony includes rings, a certificate, and an instant photo. If you want to take your relationship to the next level, even if it’s just a symbolic moment, this is a very special option to remember.
If you don’t want to get married and just want to take a stroll through the gardens and the bazaar, it’s important to register your visit here.
Get ready to celebrate love with a unique plan and head to Fujiyama 144, Las Águilas, this weekend.
