About the RTP support service for Line 1
Due to maintenance work on the CDMX Metro, a provisional service of the Red de Transporte de Pasajeros (RTP) was installed on the routes that are closed.
According to a press release, the RTP support service will now operate from Juanacatlan to Observatorio. Meanwhile, the service on the Cuauhtémoc to Chapultepec stretch will officially end this Friday, April 25.
Let’s remember that the cost to board a unit is $5 pesos and the transfer is free, and we recommend you not to forget this information, since in February 2025 it was announced that Line 3 of the CDMX Metro will be added to the maintenance work by 2026.
