If you’re looking for something different to do in the Historic Center, this is for you. The Mexican Design Museum will launch the first edition of MUMEDI Nights, a nighttime experience that blends art, design, gastronomy, and a much more intimate atmosphere than a traditional museum visit.
The event will take place on May 29 and 30 and is designed for those who want to explore the museum in a different way: without rushing, with personalized attention, and accompanied by a special dinner created exclusively for the occasion.
In addition to the evening tour of the current exhibition, attendees will enjoy a three-course signature menu, a selected beverage, and an exclusive souvenir from this inaugural edition. Best of all, the menu will change every month, so each edition will feature a different culinary experience.
This is what the first MUMEDI Nights will be like
The concept aims to transform the museum visit into a more immersive and private experience. For several hours, you’ll be able to explore the exhibition halls while enjoying a dinner specially designed to complement the venue’s atmosphere.
There will be two time slots available: one from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM and another from 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Since space is limited, reservations will be accepted via WhatsApp only.
For those who enjoy cultural outings with a culinary twist, this could be a great option for a date, a special celebration, or simply to experience a unique night out in Mexico City.
