Here we bring you some of the best activities that the Night of Museums of May 2025 will have. As you know, emblematic venues in the CDMX open their doors until late, in addition to holding special events such as concerts, exhibitions, plays and more.
Soumaya Museum
In this precinct there will be a musical recital where pieces by Mozart, Debussy and Haydn will be played. There will also be a book exchange and a workshop related to architectural design.

2. Franz Mayer Museum
In this edition the Franz Night will be full of dancing. Put on your period attire, as there will be a Pride and Prejudice themed waltz. In addition, there will be dancing of different genres such as salsa and cumbia.

3. Museum Tour
On the Night of Museums in May there will be a bike ride where you will visit three cultural sites: Antigua Casona de Xicontecatl, Museo Cruz Roja and Museo Casa de Carranza. Please note that you need to bring your own bike and that there is a limit of 100 people with registration at lys.rodadasmatutinas@gmail.com.

4. Yancuic Museum
Get ready for an amazing drag show! This is the venue for the Churpia’s Barracks. Please note that it lasts two hours and the capacity is for 200 people.

5. Tezozómoc Museum
Free tour of the museum, projection of How do Newton’s laws work? and a workshop on aerodynamics are the activities that will take place in this precinct. Please note that each activity has a different schedule and capacity.

6. Natural History Museum
Join the Galactic Night! In this precinct there will be an event with astronomical activities such as night observation with telescopes, live music and much more.

7. Mystika
Museum Night in May 2025 is the perfect pretext to immerse yourself in this immersive exhibit. With the help of digital projections, surround sound, lights and other tools, you will connect with different scenarios of nature. For example, the monarch butterfly sanctuary in Michoacán or the Lacandon Jungle. Discover what Mystika’s spiritual journey is all about.

8. Casa del Poeta Museum
This museum joins the Night of Museums in May with a special activity called Tour through the Roma. The objective is for you to see this neighborhood of the city from a different perspective. Space is limited to 15 people.

9. Museum of the Inquisition
If you think you’re not afraid of anything, join Vampires made in Mexico, a theatricalized tour of this precinct. The objects of torture will be the setting for one of the most terrifying museums in the city. Limited seating for 40 people per performance.

10. Geology Museum
Here you will enjoy everything from guided tours of the works of José María Velasco to a tango presentation. There will also be a georally and choir presentation. Seating for 200 people.
