Do you only eat the crust of the traditional rosca? Then Cardín ‘s recipe will become your ally, as it’s made with a vanilla and chocolate crust. It also has melted chocolate, crumble and almonds.

You’ll definitely want to get the kid! At Pan Gabriel, in addition to tasting a delicious recipe, you could find a 14K gold child; there are twelve chances to get it! If you are lucky enough to get it, they will give you a year of bread for FREE (valid from January 2 to 7).
It’s worth mentioning that this recipe is made with potato flour, is free of gluten, egg and sugar milk, so you’ll be eating a healthy option. Please note that it serves up to 12 people.
