Summer has started and brought with it some fun activities! To make the most of your vacation, we leave you a list of summer courses 2024 in CDMX that are ideal for children to relax, learn and meet new friends. Take note.
1. Michin Aquarium
This aquarium, located in Parque Tepeyac, will have a course called “Guardians of the Sea” where kids will discover more about marine life and the species that live in the ocean. Each week there will be different experiences and you have the possibility for the kids to attend only for a week; includes lunch, commemorative t-shirt and materials. 🐠

2. Luis Enrique Erro Planetarium
If you know a little one who enjoys science 🧪, they’re sure to love this summer course. In this venue there will be activities related to ecology, art and more. All through workshops, games, contests and even races. Also, there will be outings to the Tezozómoc Museum. Includes backpack, cylinder, a pair of t-shirts and cap.

3. Museum of Popular Art
Among the summer courses in CDMX, the MAP could not be missed. Here the kids will immerse themselves in the world of art and learn about Mexico’s ethnic groups. The best part is that they will activate their imagination by creating pieces of cardboard, textiles, clay and toys. Remember that registration begins July 9 from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

4. Tlatelolco Archaeological Zone
This summer course is free! It’s called “De Dioses Mexicas y algo más” (Of Mexica Gods and Something More) and the kids will do manual activities, spend time with professionals from the School of Anthropology and History and visit the Historical Archive of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
There are two dates available: 📅 July 22 to 26 for children ages 6 to 8 and July 29 to August 2 for children ages 9 to 11. Please note that space is limited, so we recommend you register your child as soon as possible. More information here.

5. 31 Minutes Summer Course
The euphoria for the 31 Minutes Museum reached our city. Thus, the Franz Mayer Museum joins the list of summer courses in CDMX; children will create puppets, design a t-shirt and learn how to produce a TV show. At the end, the kids will present their own newscast.
