We are in the middle of the cold season. In addition to a delicious punch, we also crave an atolito, right? Don’t worry because this November 16 and 17 comes the Atole Fair in Tláhuac.
Atole is not only one of our favorite drinks, but it is also very traditional and nutritious. The best thing is that it can be prepared in different flavors, so check out all the variety that will be at this gastronomic event! You can even try the cempasúchil and tangerine atole.
In addition, this 2024 there will be several activities, including live music, camping cinema, a race, a road race, dance performances and much more.
Don’t miss the Atole Fair in Tláhuac
This gastronomic event will be held on November 16 and 17 at Plaza Emiliano Zapata, San Nicolás Tetelco, Tláhuac. When we say that there will be atole of infinite flavors, we are not exaggerating.
You can try amaranth, banana, sweet potato, corn, marzipan, tangerine, lemon, cookie, nut, pumpkin, mango, tutti fruti and even marigold atole, just to mention a few flavors. Visit the event from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
In addition to delighting your palate there will be other activities. On November 16 there will be a camping cinema at the Chinampería Tetelco (don’t forget to bring your tent and your favorite food, as well as sleeping).
On November 17 you will be able to participate in bird watching and temazcal in Emiliano Zapata, but that’s not all! As for music, DJ Patrick Jaffo Lowe will be performing on November 16 at 8:00 pm.
Now, if your thing is bicycles, don’t miss the ride that will take place on November 16. The date is at the Ejidal Hall of San Nicolás Tetelco at 8:00 am. Finally, on November 17 at 8:00 a.m. there will be a 5 kilometer race. People over 14 years of age can participate. The activity has a cost and requires registration.
