On the occasion of the Day of the Dead, there will be a festival in the CDMX that mixes the tradition of the xolos and cocoa, two very important symbols of this season. There will be activities such as ceremonies, workshops and more.
The event is called “Xocolatl y Xolos” and will feature a bazaar of edibles such as pan de muerto, mezcal and handmade cacao. You will also find other art items, which are made in different regions of Mexico.
Activities at the festival that unites the tradition of xolos and cocoa
This festival aims to establish a link between the earthly and the spiritual. That is why there will be activities, including creative and healing workshops, as well as cocoa ceremonies dedicated to honoring the dead.

The appointment is next Friday, October 31, from 12:00 to 22:00 at Av. Nuevo León 80, Condesa.

Admission is free, but the activities have a recovery cost.
Access to the bazaar is free, however, each activity has a recovery cost. Here is the price list:
