Chocolates, delicious drinks, cakes, pan de muerto and handicrafts in one place. During October the Coffee and Chocolate Cultural Festival will come to Coyoacán, which this time will have a Day of the Dead theme.
During autumn, you can’t miss hot drinks and, of course, pan de muerto (bread of the dead), right? More than 60 exhibitors will participate in this festival, offering a wide variety of coffee, chocolate and cocoa, as well as other products such as jams, desserts and traditional drinks.
In addition, crafts, jewelry and handicrafts will be sold, as well as pan de muerto. And, in keeping with the season, you will even be able to wear make-up as a fantasy creature or with a Day of the Dead theme.
When is the Coffee and Chocolate Cultural Festival in Coyoacán?
The event will last three days: October 10 to 12. Throughout a whole weekend you will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious products. The best thing is that admission is free.
The date is at the National Museum of Popular Cultures, located at Hidalgo Avenue 289, Del Carmen neighborhood, Coyoacán. It is worth mentioning that the museum will be decorated according to the Day of the Dead with monumental catrinas, alebrijes, papel picado and more.
