Until when can I taste the cempasúchil curado at the Museo del Pulque y las Pulquerías?
This pulqueria offers Pambamuerto (a pambazo made with pan de muerto) and curado de cempasúchil from October 11 to November 15. Every day you can go there to buy these delicious options. The only day they are not open is the 28th of each month.
The pulque comes from places like Singuilucan, Hidalgo and Nanacamilpa, Tlaxcala. In fact, you will not only taste the cured cempasúchil pulque, but also a great variety of pulques. Each dish and drink has a different cost.
Pulqueria Panana is located at 107-109 Hidalgo Avenue, with Reforma Avenue, colonia Guerrero, in the Cuauhtemoc district. They are open from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, as well as Sundays from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
We recommend you keep an eye on their social networks before you go so you can keep an eye on the dishes they will have. For example, sometimes there are hamburgers made with pan de muerto (bread of the dead).
