Los Cedros Orgánicos and chef Mariana Villavicencio joined forces to prepare dishes based on plants and healthy products. It is a three-course menu that you can enjoy under the light of fireflies.
The dishes you will enjoy depend on the harvest of the day and you will be surprised by a feast with the freshest ingredients of the season!
The experience begins with a walk through the forest. Then you will rest around a campfire while drinking ceremonial cocoa. At dinner time, dozens of luminous insects will accompany you.
At the moment, there is only one confirmed dinner with fireflies. It will be next Friday, August 1, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. One of the objectives is that you can learn about sustainable food production and reflect on sustainable nutrition.
At the end, you will receive a recipe booklet about what you ate. You will be able to buy products from the garden to replicate these dishes at home.
How much does it cost to attend this enlightened gastronomic experience?

Los Cedros Orgánicos is located in San Nicolás Totoloapan, very close to Los Dinamos. When you make your reservation, the team will give you directions to the meeting point.

If you want to experience fireflies and nature, you can stay and camp at no extra charge. However, you must bring your tent and sleeping bag.
