4. Pulques, Typical Gastronomy and Mezcal Festival

5. Elote and Gastronomic Fair

13. Chile en Nogada Festival in Puebla
The season of Mexican dishes has kicked off. The traditional Chile en Nogada Festival will conquer you with the most exquisite recipes elaborated with ingredients from the region. San Nicolás de los Ranchos and Huejotzingo are the municipalities of Puebla that will have festivals dedicated to this delicacy; both full of flavor.
In addition to delicious food, there will be amenities such as the preparation of the “world’s largest chile en nogada”, cultural activities, tours of the walnut groves and even an exhibition of antique cars.

14. The Band and Michelada Fair in Teotihuacán
Sinaloan bands and micheladas in one place. The Band and Michelada Festival will unite two of your passions. There will also be a hot air balloon show, a gastronomic pavilion and a versatile merengue, salsa and cumbia stage.

15. Motoride in Cholula, Puebla
Get on your motorcycle and get ready for the Motoride Festival to be held in Cholula, Puebla. There will be an exhibition of more than 5,000 motorcycles, a bazaar of accessories and clothing, and even a Harley raffle in which you can participate.
