The “Night of Legends” tours in Xochimilco have already confirmed their dates for 2026!
During the Halloween and Day of the Dead season, heading to the south of the city is a time-honored tradition—whether to visit the marigold fields, see the giant skulls , or experience La Alumbrada in Mixquic.
This time, the compass points to the canals of Xochimilco, which you can explore at night until you reach the enigmatic Isla de las Muñecas.
But along the way, you’ll have to face the mystery, as unsettling characters will tell you stories that’ll give you goosebumps. You’ll also see a chinampa of skulls illuminated and decorated with cempasúchil and candles.
This edition will debut the Tunnel of Terror, an attraction that only the bravest will dare to cross.
