In the patriotic month, they paid tribute to Mexican food with a recipe of chilaquiles bathed in a succulent nogada, the final touch is provided by a good portion of pomegranate and parsley. Enjoy!

If you love desserts and Mexican dishes, then this combination will fascinate you. Paletería Maya didn’t wait long and launched the nogada ice pop… You read that right! It is a refreshing (and very creamy) popsicle made of walnut and pomegranate nogada. It is delicious!

Chili en nogada with French essence? At Cityzen! The acclaimed terrace of the Sofitel Reforma has one of the most original and delicious ways to eat chiles en nogada. This 2023 presents its “chile croissant“.
It is a chile cuaresmeño stuffed with a mixture of pork and beef. The most interesting touch is provided by a capeado made of croissant dough. This concept aims to make the chile en nogada to be enjoyed as a snack.

Kroket en nogada! You don’t know what it is? kroket is a restaurant specialized in Hungarian potato-based dough croquettes. The menu features different super tasty fillings. But, this time they are celebrating the national holidays with an innovative recipe.
The filling is a mixture of meat, pear, apple and peach; it has roasted poblano peppers caramelized with onion. Pomegranate and parsley are not left out of the delicious mixture. The original touch is provided by mozzarella cheese and roasted cabbage, while the nogada is made with goat cheese and a sherry perfume. Are you craving it?
