No matter what your favorite is, you are sure to find something to enjoy at this artisan tamale fair in Los Pinos.

There will be 24 tamale projects from different states across the country, who will gather at the cultural complex to delight you with tamales, guajolotas, and atolito to accompany them.
What will you enjoy at this tamale gathering in Los Pinos?
Get ready to enjoy specialties from states such as Guerrero, Hidalgo, Michoacán, Tabasco, Veracruz, Tlaxcala, Oaxaca, and Edomex. You can also try chilango tamales.
As for flavors, there will be the classics: green, red, rajas, and mole. If you’re feeling adventurous, there will also be gourmet tamales and even tamales filled with insects. For more alternative palates, there will be vegan tamales.
To accompany the tamales, there will also be a wide variety of atoles. Flavors such as cacao, blue corn, passion fruit, piloncillo, and peanut will be featured. If you have a craving for something classic, there will also be guava, rice, and cajeta.
Corn will play a leading role in this tasty celebration, because Candlemas Day, February 2, also coincides with the beginning of the new agricultural cycles of this ancestral crop.
The Los Pinos Cultural Center is located at Calzada del Rey s/n, Chapultepec Primera Sección, Miguel Hidalgo.
