5. Finca Rocío Chocolate
This chocolate company works under the principle: tree to bar which means “from tree to bar”. This is because they seek to maintain a conscious and controlled production using theobroma cacaospecies.
The cocoa farm is located in the municipality of Teapa, Tabasco, a region known for its cocoa cultivation. Its products are made only with organic cocoa and cane sugar. Therefore, chocolate does not contain milk, nuts, gluten or soy.
