Halloween and Day of the Dead are here! The spookiest season will fill the CDMX with darkness and horror activities. One of them is the Night of Legends in Xochimilco, an experience that will take you to the creepiest island of all.
The tour starts at 🕛 19:00 at 📍 Embarcadero de Caltongo. Characters and creatures from beyond will be waiting for you to tell you scary stories and Mexican legends while you ride through the canals aboard a trajinera. Hot chocolate and bread (for the scare) will accompany your journey.
Prepare your camera because you will make a first stop at the Islet of the Illuminated Skulls. It is a space that will have selfie spots where you can take pictures. There are also Mexican snacks for sale.
And get ready to get to the dreaded Isla de las Muñecas (Island of the Dolls)! You’ll tour this place and learn about its creepy history, as well as the toy that Tim Burton left behind during his visit to Mexico. 😰
How much it costs to join the Night of Legends of Xochimilco.
