One of the most acclaimed seafood in the CDMX is Don Vergas ‘ Sinaloa-style seafood. And they are ideal for relieving the pain of hangover mornings. This business was born in the San Juan Market and, after years of service, opened a restaurant in the Roma that drove Chilangos crazy.
